As Managing Director of a national consulting practice, Danielle specializes in the Media, Internet, Publishing, Entertainment, Technology, Communications, Advertising, Retail, and Consumer Products industries as well as charitable and other nonprofit institutions.

Danielle is known for her professional, candid, personable approach and for making rapid turnarounds on complex and difficult searches. She personally conducts all assignments and clients are guaranteed her utmost attention and care.

Prior to launching her own practice, Danielle was a search consultant with Ward Howell International and a vice president at E.J. Rhodes Associates. She began her career in executive search as a researcher with E.G. Todd Associates.

In addition to executive search, Danielle has a background in public relations, special events, talent casting and theater management.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Professional Services degree from the State University of New York and is a New York City-produced playwright and former professional actress.
